This year for World Book Day we celebrated our love of books by reading some that encourage us to be ourselves, show diversity and help us to think about how we are good at things that we don't always share with others - and may be surprising! 

We even came to school wearing something that showed off our talent or something that our friends and teachers might not know about us.  There were lots of unicorns!

All of our classes read My Shadow is Pink by Scott Stewart and produced work based on the text.

Lots of us made shadows to represent something special about us - some of us have shadows of many different colours.

We also did maths, reading and writing based on the book - all of which we celebrated in our Friday assembly.  Take a look at some of the fantastic work we have produced...
