We are Miss Wildman and Mrs Rowland, the Year 2 class teachers. Mrs Middlehurst will support the children throughout the week as our Teaching Assistant, and Miss Mac will teach the class on Monday afternoons.

PE will take place on Friday afternoons. Children should come to school with the following PE kit:

• White T-shirt (plain or with the school logo)
• Black leggings or shorts
• School jumper or hoodie
• Trainers or black pumps

During the Autumn 2 Term, our class text will be The Great Fairytale Disaster. This text will form the focus of much of our English learning. The children will write a narrative inspired by the twisted tales and produce a diary entry.

In Science, we will be learning about everyday materials. In History, we will be exploring 'how was school different in the past?'.

We are looking forward to an exciting term of learning and helping the children develop their skills and confidence.
